(hereinafter “IEP“) complies with the requirements of the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and current regulations on the protection of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

By simply browsing the Website, IEP will collect information regarding:

The information that we handle will not be related to a specific user and will be stored in our databases, for the purpose of statistical analysis, improvements to the website, about our products and/or services and will help us to improve our business strategy. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

You can contact us directly through the “Contact” section of the website. For this purpose, it is necessary for the User to identify himself/herself and to indicate his/her personal data, so that IEP can contact the User, in case it is needed to answer his/her request for information. The necessary and obligatory data to be provided by the user to carry out such a registration are marked with the symbol *. If you do not fill in these fields, your request will not be accepted.
Such personal data will be incorporated into the General IEP database and will be kept to answer your request and/or request for information and, after that, they will be deleted within 24 months.
The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the user who requests information, or has the need to maintain contact with IEP.
The purposes of the processing are as follows:
1. Manage queries or requests for information that you send us via the website, email or telephone.
2. Sending communications, special promotions, news or events that are of interest to you or that you request from us, even by electronic means. As this is an ancillary purpose to the main one, you must tick the box provided for this to happen.
The personal data that you provide us with through this means will not be communicated to third parties, being IEP the one who gives a direct answer to this type of enquiry.
Work with us.
In the event that you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either through the website or via e-mail, IEP will include them in its database. The curriculum vitae will be stored for a period of 2 years, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for the processing will be based on the express consent given by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum vitae when sending it and ticking the box provided for this purpose.
The purpose of the processing is to incorporate you into present and future selection processes of IEP.
In the event that the interested party finally joins IEP as an employee, his/her data will be incorporated into a database owned by IEP, with the aim of internally managing the employer-employee relationship.
